April 8 Strike Announced by Quetta Bar in Tribute to August 8 Martyrs

The President of the Quetta Bar Association has announced a strike on April 8 to commemorate the martyrs of the tragic incident of August 8, 2016.

 

 

In a condolence statement, the President prayed that Almighty Allah grants the departed souls the highest مقام in Jannat-ul-Firdous and gives patience and strength to their bereaved families. The statement emphasized the importance of remembering the عظیم قربانی of the martyrs who lost their lives in the devastating incident.

 

To mark the occasion, the Bar Association has called upon all its members to observe a complete boycott of court proceedings on Wednesday. Lawyers have been directed not to appear before any courts as a mark of احترام and solidarity with the martyrs.

 

The strike aims to pay tribute to the victims and to reaffirm the legal community’s unity in honoring their memory.
