Rights are the benefits of the people of any state which has been protected by law to facilitate the mankind. The concept of rights in Islam is basically based on honor and equality of all mankind. Islam is complete code of life which protects the rights of the human being for better service. Islam has provided rules and regulations for individual and collective life and these rules are rights of men for all aspects of life. Rights having regard to the person of inheritance are principally classified by the Muhammadan jurists into

·        Rights of God or Public right

·        Rights of men or Private right

 

Rights of Allah (God) / public right: Public right are those rights, which involve benefit to the community at large and not merely a particular individual. These are referred as rights of Allah, because of the magnitude of the risks involved in their violation and of the comprehensive benefits which would result from their fulfillment. There are two kinds of public rights:
