Rights are the benefits of the people of any state which has been protected by law to facilitate the mankind. The concept of rights in Islam is basically based on honor and equality of all mankind. Islam is complete code of life which protects the rights of the human being for better service. Islam has provided rules and regulations for individual and collective life and these rules are rights of men for all aspects of life. Rights having regard to the person of inheritance are principally classified by the Muhammadan jurists into
· Rights of God or Public right
· Rights of men or Private right
Rights of Allah (God) / public right: Public right are those rights, which involve benefit to the community at large and not merely a particular individual. These are referred as rights of Allah, because of the magnitude of the risks involved in their violation and of the comprehensive benefits which would result from their fulfillment. There are two kinds of public rights:
Pure right of Allah (Huqqooq ul Allah):
Huqqooq ul Allah and Huqqooq ul ibad are the two most important aspect in a life of muslims and these both are also regarded as our forth usul of flag of our respected and true religion. Huqqooq ul allah and Huqqooq ul ibad are actually a ‘duty’ that are different but very related. A good believe is supposed to perform both duties and verve and velocity. Thus, it is prime duty of every Muslim to do well by performing these duties in order to complete his faith.
Other kinds of rights:
1. Dependent and independent right
Independent rights Independent rights are those rights which creates and obligation upon any particular individual to perform certain duties
Dependent rights Dependents rights are those rights which creates an obligation upon any individual to perform certain duties
2. Original and Substitutory rights: Original right is such right which requires the performance of Ablution. The substitutory rights are treated by the Muhammadan jurists from the point of view of the person of incidence, that is, as part of the subject of obligations imposed by an imperative command of the law and the performance of what has been so ordered. Original and substitutionary rights correspond to what are called antecedent and remedial.
