Quetta Bar Sends Fourth and Fifth Groups of Lawyers to Iran, More International Visits Planned

Quetta – Qari Rahmatullah Kakar, president of the fourth and fifth groups of the Quetta Bar Association, is leading a delegation of lawyers currently visiting Iran as part of an ongoing international exposure program initiated by the Bar.

The Quetta Bar Association has taken the initiative to sponsor these foreign visits, covering the expenses to promote professional growth, international legal exposure, and cultural exchange for its members. The current delegation includes both male and female lawyers and marks the fourth and fifth such groups sent abroad under the program.

According to Bar officials, the initiative aims to broaden the perspectives of local lawyers and strengthen ties with the international legal community.

“The purpose of these visits is to enable our lawyers to learn from legal practices in other countries, and to represent Pakistan’s legal community on the global stage,” said an official spokesperson for the Bar.

The Association has also confirmed that additional international delegations are in the pipeline. Future groups are being prepared for visits to Turkey, Malaysia, Azerbaijan, and London, with arrangements being finalized to send them abroad soon.

This move reflects a growing trend among regional Bar associations to invest in the global exposure of legal professionals, fostering not only learning but also international collaboration.
