Notification Issued for Transfer of Senior Civil Judges Across Sindh

Karachi: On December 14, 2024, the Sindh High Court issued a notification approving the transfer of Senior Civil Judges to various courts across the province. This move is part of the routine judicial administrative adjustments aimed at ensuring efficiency and balance in court operations.

The transfers involve several key positions in the Sindh judiciary, with judges being reassigned to different districts to enhance the judicial system’s effectiveness. The reshuffling is expected to address workload distribution and improve case management in the courts.

The legal community has expressed its hope that these changes will positively impact the performance of the judiciary in Sindh. The Sindh High Court has urged the transferred judges to assume their new responsibilities promptly to ensure a seamless transition.
