Balochistan High Court Notifies Appointment of Appellate Tribunals for Reserved Seats

In response to the letter No.F.1(44)/2023-Elec dated 16.12.2023, the Balochistan High Court in Quetta has issued a notice regarding the “Appointment of Appellate Tribunals for Reserved Seats to National Assembly and Provincial Assembly.”

 

The Hon’ble Chief Justice of the High Court of Balochistan has approved the constitution of the following Appellate Tribunals for the specified purpose:

 

Appellate Tribunal-I:

  • Hon’ble Mr. Justice Muhammad Hashim Khan Kakar
  • Senior Puisne Judge, High Court of Balochistan

 

Appellate Tribunal-II:

  • Hon’ble Mr. Justice Muhammad Aamir Nawaz Rana
  • Judge, High Court of Balochistan

 

This notification, issued by Arshad Mahmood, Additional Registrar (Estt.), informs all concerned parties of the constitution of these Appellate Tribunals for the upcoming elections. The Balochistan High Court aims to ensure a fair and transparent process in addressing matters related to reserved seats in the National Assembly and Provincial Assembly.
