Federal Judicial Academy Concludes Three-Day Leadership and Management Training for District and Sessions Judges

In a significant stride towards enhancing leadership and management skills within the judiciary, a three-day training program for District and Sessions Judges from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa concluded at the Federal Judicial Academy. The training, organized under the Professional Exchange Programme, aimed to complement the ongoing training initiatives of the Provincial Judicial Academies.

The certificate awarding ceremony, held on December 13, 2023, witnessed the presence of distinguished guests, including the Director General of the Federal Judicial Academy, the Director General of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy, and esteemed faculty members. The Chief Guest for the occasion was Hon’ble Mr. Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah, Judge, Supreme Court of Pakistan.

Justice Shah emphasized the pivotal leadership role that District and Sessions Judges play in ensuring access to justice at the grassroots level. His lordship underscored the importance of aligning the District Judiciary with institutional thought, with a particular focus on serving vulnerable and marginalized segments of society. The role of the Federal Judicial Academy was acknowledged as crucial in enabling the crafting of a capable, credible, and independent District Judiciary.

The ceremony concluded with the awarding of certificates to the participants, marking the successful completion of the training program aimed at empowering judicial officers with the skills necessary for effective leadership and management.
