Experience Required:
8 – 10 years of experience in a similar field.
Qualification Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage all legal matters including property, civil, criminal, and trademark litigation.
– Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, legal notices, Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), and other legal documentation.
– Provide legal advice to management to identify and mitigate legal risks.
– Handle trademark registration, renewals, and intellectual property protection matters.
– Liaise with regulatory bodies and legal institutions to ensure compliance.
– Manage legal aspects of property transactions including sale, purchase, rental agreements, and related disputes.
