IBA stands for institute of business administration well known for maintaining high level of meritocracy in Sindh. They introduced STS ( Sindh testing service) which is its initiative for promoting merit and transparency without any iota of doubt.
Recently, STS conducted 5 to 15 grade tests , covering the graduation category in the first phase the next two will also be conducted shortly according to news on the official website of IBA.
The interesting thing is that along with ensuring transparency STS has given chance to all candidates to report thier results grievances, if any! Which has added the credibility to testing service.
Unlike, SPSC, IBA has been providing an easy and meritorious approach to all candidates across the board.
To sum up, it is suggested to all testing services including SPSC should and must follow the citadel of Merit like IBA.
