Stay waived off in Petition against KBA Vakalatnama Verification

Sindh High Court on Thursday 30th March Disposed of the Petition against KBA Vakalatnama Verification Program. The Honorable Court has considered the validity of Vakalatnama verification in accordance with the provision of law. The Petition was ex-parte earlier upon which KBA held protest where large amount lawyers participated and closed court proceeding on Monday 27th march, after which stay was removed and after a brief argument verification was found legitimate, Valid, and appropriate. Due to increasing number or cases the Verification program was initiated, although the program carries some complication but member are appreciating the good cause behind. Justice Aqeel Abbasi and Justice M A Khan dismissed the Petition with directions to continue Vakalatnama verification by KBA. Where as KBA will continue to chant anti-tout and anti-toutism slogans until fake lawyers are completely eradicated.
