Cause list to be issued prior to 4 weeks, Chief Justice of Pakistan promised at the meeting

Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa while chairing the meeting of the Board of Governors of the Federal Judicial Academy braced the suggestion of issuing Cause list 4 week before considering it progressive stance.

During a meeting, the Chief Justice and other important judges met with elected representatives from the Pakistan Bar Council and Supreme Court Bar Association. The elected representatives asked for a monthly list of expected cases to be given out to help lawyers, court representatives, and people involved in the cases get ready and come to court. Chief Justice assured that he will try our best to provide the requested list of upcoming matters for four weeks ahead of time during the month.  Whereas implementing the same the list of the forthcoming cases for the next four weeks starting on Monday, October 2, 2023, was released.
