further [o amend the Limitation Act, 1908
WHEREAS, it is expedicnt further to amend the Limitation Act, 1908 (IX of 1908), in the manner and for the purposes hereinafter appearing;
It is hcrcby cnactcd as follows:-
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act shall be called the Limitation (Amendment) Act, 2023.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. Amendment of the First Schedule, Act IX of 1908.- In the Limitation Act, 1908, in the First Schedule, in the first column’, against entry of Article 150, in the second column, for the wordss “Seven days”, the words “Thirty days” shall be substituted.
