Sindh High Court Bids Farewell to Justice Mrs. Kausar Sultana Hussain and Justice Mrs. Rashida Asad

The Sindh High Court is set to honor the esteemed service of Justice Mrs. Kausar Sultana Hussain and Justice Mrs. Rashida Asad as they retire from their judicial roles. A full court reference for their retirement will be held on August 15th.

 

Justice Mrs. Kausar Sultana Hussain has dedicated over 25 years to the judiciary, having served in various capacities, including District & Sessions Judge and Judge of the Anti-Terrorism Court. A graduate of Karachi with an LL.M, she has also participated in numerous international programs and training related to law and justice.

 

Justice Mrs. Rashida Asad’s career spans roles such as Additional District & Session Judge, Special Judge Anti-Corruption Court, and Chairperson of the Environmental Protection Tribunal. Elevated to the Sindh High Court in 2019, she has contributed significantly to the legal landscape of Sindh.

 

Both judges are celebrated for their substantial contributions to the judiciary and legal education throughout their careers.
