Government of Sindh Appoints Retired Justice Fahim Ahmed Siddiqui as Chairman of Sindh Labour Appellate Tribunal

On the esteemed recommendation of the Hon’ble Chief Justice of the Sindh High Court, the Government of Sindh has appointed retired Mr. Justice Fahim Ahmed Siddiqui as the Member/Chairman of the Sindh Labour Appellate Tribunal. This appointment, effective for a period of three years, reflects the government’s commitment to ensuring a robust and experienced judiciary in matters concerning labor and employment.

Mr. Justice Fahim Ahmed Siddiqui, born into a respected family in Karachi, brings a rich legal background to his new role. With a diverse career spanning various legal domains, including Civil Laws, Rent Laws, Family Laws, Environmental, and Constitutional Matters, he has left an indelible mark on the legal landscape. Elevated to the bench in 2016, he took oath as a Judge of the Sindh High Court, contributing significantly to the development of law through landmark judgments, particularly on social and environmental issues.
