Karachi Bar Association Convenes General Body Meeting to Address Land and Water Rights Issues

Karachi, Pakistan — The Karachi Bar Association (KBA) has issued a notice for a General Body Meeting scheduled to take place on 11th January 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Jinnah Auditorium, City Courts, Karachi. The meeting aims to address critical issues affecting Sindh’s agricultural and indigenous communities.

The agenda includes discussions on the alleged irregularities in leasing agricultural land to the corporate sector in Sindh and the illegal extraction of six canals from the River Indus.
