How does the unknown person use an innocent child for his purpose as well as use for an object and become the question mark the whole life of a girl? This is enough discussion for the government and society to open chapters about laws, justice, moral values, relations, and humanity. Many cases have been reported daily in hospitals and police stations, unfortunately, we cannot save lives and provide justice. The ruthless murder of Zainab Ansari, the Safia Bibi rape case, the Lahore college rape in 2024, the White Corolla case, and the Kasur child sexual abuse scandal are remorseless events of rape happen in a country. Many of them are not highlighted in the media because of shameless manners. We are just saying sorrowful words to the families of the victims, giving a sinner and leaving them. All these actions look like open evidence for a society.
Pakistan introduces efficient laws regarding criminal rape to promote justice, curb crime, prevent violence, and improve public safety. The Anti-Rape (Investigation and Trial) Act, The Criminal Law (Amendment) (Offences Relating to Rape) Act, Women’s Protection Act, Zina Ordinance, and Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) Section 375 are protection and criminal laws to combat sexual violence truly. It helps to bolster a culture that embraces respect, consent, and gender equality.

Different professionals including teachers, students, and doctors encounter harassment cases, domestic violence, and workplace bullying. These actions are not appropriate. While there is no method for controlling sexual offenses, severe regulations and capital punishment are without a doubt improper. Government and society require more extensive social changes, stable administration endeavors, and influential grounded law enforcement foundations.
