The seminar focuses on domestic & international trends in dispute resolution of commercial contracts. Mr Nasir Khan, Vice-chancellor highlighted the importance of efficient dispute-resolution mechanisms in the context of contract implementation and performance.

Instead, alternative methods of dispute resolution, such as mediation, are preferred in most developed jurisdictions.
