Recent research shows that globally the world population estimated in 2022 was 8 billion and out of which almost 4.74 billion people daily are exploited and engaged in social media, implying that half of the world is ostensibly more active in the online world. And are figuring out and seeking to make a change from their present situation, whereas it’s only the thought of doing so that is keeping them fresh. A study led by a computer scientist at Indiana University has found that people with the most connections on social media seem happier. The population of Pakistan has reached 225.2 million and is rapidly increasing, while it is out of this massive population about 24 million people are in significant need of psychiatric assistance. Yet in the 21st century with nations adopting highly advanced cloning technology, people here could have narrowed it down avoiding accepting that mental illness is also a disease requiring cure and measures. As transparent and soundless psychiatry is, its condition remains uncontrollable and when all the darkness spreads surrounding you of depression, insanity, and lunacy it’s the little spark of light, a hope which emerges from the positive words, conduct, and actions. No medicine can heal as much as the ray of hope and positivity. The nature of positivity is bred to fade away the sorrows of people, especially in times when the nation is already going through a difficult period.
It is human nature bonded with the psychological reason that when we focus on a thing automatically nature evolves around that particular issue and the human mind attracts it as a magnet. Your positive energy sometimes can also be someone else’s reason to be in a good mood and people are more likely to live happily around a happy person.
Today, social media is the most followed tool by every age group of people. However, it is also common that many people are depressed and oppressed because of social media while for others this trending segment is an instrument of enlightenment as a necessity for most people, commencing and initiating online activities to get paid on a different platform for their unusual and significant talent. Moving on, we see the awards achievers, researchers, highly qualified professionals, and degree holders of the country facing a lack of job opportunities leading to unemployment, which is the major reason that every year 1 million people apply and try to have an opportunity to go abroad for a better lifestyle as here they can not see better and comfortable living possibilities.
Social media is a very powerful tool if the government or the private sectors such as NGOs or every other individual use it to spread positive images impacting healthy Mind growth. Mental health is very important and in these times it is very common for almost 8 people out of 10 are going through mental illness. Secondly, the stories of success or achievements also make people loose confident and selfish since it is human nature and they cannot digest easily the success of people. It is better to show the struggles behind any successful story so that more people get motivated to step ahead toward their dreams in life.
People who think positively usually see endless possibilities. A positive attitude helps to cope more easily with the daily affairs of life. Positivity makes it easier to avoid worry and negative thinking if you adopt it as a rule of life it will bring constructive changes into your life and make it brighter and more successful.
