The Legal Counsel will provide expert legal advice, ensure regulatory compliance, manage legal risks, and support the company’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts; guide on corporate and commercial matters.
- Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal governance policies.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks in business operations.
- Manage disputes and liaise with external legal counsel.
- Assist with governance, maintain records and draft resolutions.
- Civil And Criminal Law Practice.
Qualifications:
- Law degree (LLB or equivalent).
- 3+ years in Civil and criminal law.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills; analytical mindset; integrity and discretion.
