The Legal Counsel will provide expert legal advice, ensure regulatory compliance, manage legal risks, and support the company’s strategic goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts; guide on corporate and commercial matters.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal governance policies.
  • Identify and mitigate legal risks in business operations.
  • Manage disputes and liaise with external legal counsel.
  • Assist with governance, maintain records and draft resolutions.
  • Civil And Criminal Law Practice.

Qualifications:

  • Law degree (LLB or equivalent).
  • 3+ years in Civil and criminal law.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills; analytical mindset; integrity and discretion.
