Winter Vacation Notice: Sindh High Court to Remain Open for Urgent Matters

In adherence to the annual winter break tradition, the Sindh High Court has announced its winter vacation period from December 26, 2023, to January 9, 2024. During this period, the court will be closed for routine matters, allowing members of the judiciary and staff to enjoy a well-deserved break.

However, it is essential to note that the court will remain open for urgent matters, ensuring the swift resolution of pressing legal issues. Judges will be available to address cases of immediate significance, maintaining a level of judicial accessibility even during the vacation period.

This initiative reflects the court’s commitment to balancing the need for a seasonal break with the responsibility of addressing critical legal matters promptly. Regular court operations will resume on January 10, 2024, following the conclusion of the winter vacation period.
