Lahore High Court Bar Association opens New ADR Facility to Fast-track Justice

   The Lahore High Court Bar Association inaugurated its newly established ADR Centre in a ceremony led by former LHCBA President, Senator and Advocate Supreme Court, Mr. Hamid Khan. The event was attended by LHCBA President Malik Asif Ahmed Neswana, Vice President Abdul Rehman Ranjha, Finance Secretary Hamallah Kamboh, and other cabinet members.

The Centre aims to promote efficient and consensual dispute resolution, offering faster access to justice for lawyers and litigants alike. The Bar praised the Renovation Committee, especially Imran Yousaf Gondal, Advocate High Court, and Zain Abbas Phullorwan, for their notable contributions to realizing the project.

The establishment of the ADR Centre is an important milestone towards promoting timely, effective, and mutually agreed dispute resolution. It will provide convenience to both the legal community and litigants while ensuring faster delivery of justice.
