The management of The Lex Magazine and Khalid Mairaj Khoso, President of the Balochistan Chapter, has taken a pioneering step by submitting an application to President Quetta Bar Association, Advocate Abid Panizai, urging for the digitalization of case diaries. The aim of this initiative is to enhance convenience for lawyers practicing in the District bars of Balochistan and Quetta.
The proposed digitalization initiative seeks to emulate the efficiency and accessibility provided by the online diary, also known as the case flow management system, utilized in the courts of Sindh. The collaboration between The Lex Magazine, Khalid Mairaj Khoso, and the Quetta Bar Association underscores the collective commitment to embracing technological advancements for the betterment of legal practices in Balochistan.
Notable legal personalities, including Advocate Supreme Court Surat Khan Khetran, Advocate High Court Imran Abro, and Advocate Syed Ashfaq Shah Bukhari, were also present during the occasion, further highlighting the widespread support for this endeavor.
The proponents of this initiative remain hopeful that their efforts will garner widespread support and cooperation from all stakeholders involved.
