Ali & Associates – Advocates & Legal Consultants is a full-service law firm based in Karachi, Pakistan, committed to delivering strategic, client-focused legal solutions. We are expanding our litigation team and seeking motivated lawyers with a minimum of five years’ litigation experience, particularly in intellectual property, civil and commercial disputes.

 

Position:

Litigation Associates

 

 

Experience:

A minimum of five years’ practical litigation experience, including court appearances and substantive drafting.

 

Requirements:

 

· Strong legal research, analytical and advocacy skills.

· The ability to independently manage matters, meet deadlines and communicate effectively with clients.

· Enrollment with any High Court Bar Association in Pakistan.

· Experience in intellectual property litigation will be an advantage.

 

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidates will handle contentious matters, draft pleadings and applications, conduct legal research, appear before courts and tribunals, and advise clients on litigation strategy.

 

Work Location:

Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
