About LAT:
The Law Admission Test (LAT) is a test for those who seek to have admission in Law School and desires to pursue a career in law. Under the orders of the August Supreme Court of Pakistan, it has been mandated by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) to carry out test and which are held every three months. It’s result are valid for two years.

5 Best Steps to Pass LAT
1. Review the syllabus to prepare for LAT 2023.
The first foremost thing which a candidate preparing for LAT must do is reviewing the syllabus. Before studying for exams one must built a strategy for which you must know the Curriculum. Below is the syllabus fixed by HEC for LAT 2023.
2. Briefly understand the Exam Pattern:

3. Built Exam Strategy
- Read Essays at least 10 to adopt the writing style
- Secure fixed marks in Pakistan Studies, Islamic Studies, and Maths
- Start reading newspaper
- Understand Grammatic rules one by one don’t overload with altogether. Revise one rule and attempt it’s Objective Question. Adopt the same pattern in Urdu Grammer.

- Write Essays and read them at least 3 times to correct mistakes

5. Schedule Time for attempting exam:
Fix time for each question, don’t give overtime to any question and most importantly never leave any question unattempted even if you don’t know the answer, just attempt it. Don’t mark two answers otherwise, you will get zero no matter one of them was correct.
Always start with MCQ’s. Attempt those whom you are fully confident with. Don’t think over 1 MCQ’s question more than 2 minutes, if you don’t remember quickly jump over another question.
Essays can be easy gaining marks if you have a good writing style. Always remember don’t use too much difficult vocabulary unless you have command on, make a flow in a sentence. The first paragraph should always be the most interesting, it must developed a readers interest.
