On Saturday, 15th April District bar association Hyderabad passed a resolution, starting an operation against Fake Advocates, Touts, Unregistered Munshis, and Mafias involved in deceiving the courts and party pursuing the matter.
Legal Practitioner and Bar rules clear depicts the duty of Lawyer to protect the good perception of the legal Profession in the eye of public. By impersonating as lawyer not only they harm the clients interest but also they commit a heinous crime.
This imperative initiative not only slaughters the unending deception in the legal profession bu would aid in curing the impure society diluted with persons with no authority to appear before the court.
In the resolution by taking the matter in hand they briefly state the consequences of unregistered practitioners, that in case fake Lawyer/Advocate, trouts, Munchis are found the FIR shall be lodged against them. further discussing the same, they also announced a reward of Rs. 5000/- (Five thousand) to all those who helped in identifying the fake lawyers, Munchis, etc.
In the end of the resolution they stated that resolution is necessary to protect the rights of Public and to promoted genuine Advocats/Lawyers who are facing hardships and to maintain the integrity of lawyers, moreover to ensure that the justice is served through proper channel. As there is no compromise on the dignity of Lawyers.
