     Every one deserves basic human rights to live Free from violence and discrimination. There are certain groups of human beings which either by nature or because of deep rooted custom are weak and Valunerable such as child ,women , disable and aged persons and minorities etc.
      QUAID E AZAM, the founder of Pakistan first address in constituents assembly in his   historical speech  on 11 August 1947 very cleared the freedom of minorities “you are free to go your temples and free  to go mosques or any other of worship places in the state of Pakistan.” Moreover in  March 1949, when the  objective resolution was passed, here it includes guarantee of fundamental rights of all citizens  of Pakistan i.e muslims and non Muslim, wherein adequate provisions shall be made for the minorities to freely profess and practice their religion and develop their culture.
         The  constitution of Pakistan 1973, equips legal protection which certain the protection to religious minorities.
Article 9 security of person states that no person shall deprived of life liberty save an accordance with law.
Article 20 states that every citizens has right to profess and practice their religious , this provision ensures that the freedom of religious beliefs and expression. 
Article 22 the protection of minorities speaks that it gurantes  them to sustain their religious affairs. In additionally , they have equal right of education.
Article 36 declared that state  shall safeguard the legitimate rights and interest of minorities, included they have right of property and promotion of social justice and eliminate the discrimination, it calls for special measures taken to be the right of women and minorities.
       Over here is a relevant laws for minorities included , The protection right of scheduled casts Act 2013, Protection of rights of religious minorities Act 2020 and so on. 

       Women rights guarantee that women will not face discrimination on the basis of their sex. Until half second 20th century  women were denied by most societies some of the legal, economical and political Accordance with men. In the advancement of women has been focus work of united nation since it’s creation. Preamble of the united nation sets a basic goal to reaffirm faith in fundamental rights in the dignity and worth of the human beings in the equal rights of men and women. They have equal right to vote, education and equal pay for equal work.

       The legal protection of valunerable groups are exist by the constitution of Pakistan 1973. The constitution of Pakistan has conferred equal status to women in accord with 25 Article  which is Equality OF  Citizens  which shows that All citizens are equal before law and have equal protection of law. No one shall discriminate the right of women. Every women in Pakistan enjoys right to equality and discrimination against them shall be violation of equality of rights and respect for human dignity. According to 27 Article which refers that prohibition of  discriminated on the ground only of race, religion, caste, sex, residence or place of birth.

 Article 34 states that women has right to full participation in national life.
       The legal reform are sustained included Women Protection Act 2006 criminalizes domestic violence, sexual harassment and acid attacks.
Additionally, we have Muslim family laws ordinance 1961 governs marriage divorce and inheritance for Muslims. Right to inheritance and property ownership so on.
