China And Taiwan Issue
Recently, we have seen apparent differences between China and Taiwan when war-like situations arose between Russia and Ukraine. Taiwan was once a part of China, similarly, Ukraine was part of Russia. At present, both the titanic countries China and Russia are ruling independently, but they still have an interest to again overtake their lost part. Russia initiated the war against Ukraine, as a result, countries all over the world supported Ukraine and condemned the actions of Russia. The USA is playing a critical role in such a situation, as the USA is supporting Ukraine by providing military equipment to them, this is one of the reasons Russia has still not yet fully opened up against Ukraine.

"ABRUPT RISE IN S. M. LAW COLLEGE FEES"
“For God's sake we are not your customers, we are not here to maximize your profit; we are not raised to be a source of your income, and more importantly “we do not care about your justification” this is the voice of every student of this most prestigious and historical institution of the country –Sindh Muslim Law College (SMLC). In an already downsizing economy, the escalating fees have become beyond affordability. It is estimated that more than ninety percent of the total income of lower – middle class is spent on the consumption of food. The citizens who were shifting towards upward social mobility are witnessing the issues of survival, hence the socioeconomic situation of this country is not quite different from that of our neighbor Afghanistan.

The Misunderstood Profession: Demystifying the role of Lawyers
Why do lawyers defend the murderer? While it seems like a genuine question at first glance but is based on the dumb sentiment of public opinion upon the commission of any crime as they convict the whole scenario of their facts and emotions and give a judgment or want a culprit to be hanged in the first place. However, it requires a jurisprudence of thought and a pervasive sense of the principles of natural justice on whose paramount the universally declared charter of human rights (UDHR) is driven and the role of administration of justice. Many people use this question as a tool to degrade the legal profession as a profession of unfairness. In this way, they try to portray that a lawyer represents criminals with vested interests in highly paid fees.

Does Presidential rules better than Parliamentary?
Since the world came into being, there are many ways by which community was bring ruled, who would believe that a society beginning with the family head would be grown up to a number where a ruler would be needed, borders would be established and places known for their empire would be called as a nation. what we see over the past years is monarchy turning into Anarchy, then is the armed rule of dictatorship, evolving more we are now called democratic country built on either presidential or parliamentary form of government. it is said that without rules we are animals, for humans too socialized have named themselves social Animals.

Pakistan has been struggling with its fragile economy since its inception. Countries that were established in the same year or even after Pakistan have flourished and touched on its glorious development. Unfortunately, Pakistan is a country with no established democracy, immature politics, and corrupt bureaucrats, which only serves to aggravate the situation like adding salt to injury.
Political instability, as a main cause of the fluctuating economy in the country, has caused havoc in Pakistan. Conflict of interest, self-gain, and fighting personal enmity are some of the known factors hampering the development of Pakistan.
Recently, a clash between PTI and PDM has turned Pakistan into a battlefield, unleashing damage to the economy of the country, Using government machinery for personal clashes added fuel to the fire and destroyed the already struggling economy of Pakistan.

Recent research shows that globally the world population estimated in 2022 was 8 billion and out of which almost 4.74 billion people daily are exploited and engaged in social media, implying that half of the world is ostensibly more active in the online world. And are figuring out and seeking to make a change from their present situation, whereas it’s only the thought of doing so that is keeping them fresh. A study led by a computer scientist at Indiana University has found that people with the most connections on social media seem happier. The population of Pakistan has reached 225.2 million and is rapidly increasing, while it is out of this massive population about 24 million people are in significant need of psychiatric assistance. Yet in the 21st century with nations adopting highly advanced cloning technology, people here could have narrowed it down avoiding accepting that mental illness is also a disease requiring cure and measures.

Article 6 of the Constitution of Pakistan is often touted as a catch-all provision that can be used to bring anyone to trial for whatever crime they may have committed. However, the reality is quite different from what many people seem to believe.
Article 6 is, in fact, the defense mechanism of the Constitution. It is a provision that is essential for the proper functioning of the Constitution. A trial under Article 6 can only be brought for acts such as abrogating, subverting, suspending, or holding the Constitution in abeyance, or for conspiring or attempting to do so.

DEPRESSION
Depression is a psychological condition under which a person is unable to find a way out of difficult situations and ends up committing suicide.
Where Some people commit suicide owing to failure in Love, exams, and unemployment, attempts in Matrimonial relations are out of aggression and suffocation.
Day by day huge number of dead bodies due to suicide have been reported in Pakistan, particularly in rural areas of Sindh and Punjab where family and financial issues have undoubtedly ignited the menace. There are many reasons for this conundrum.
Firstly, there has been no team of experts planted for career counseling to guide Young students.
Secondly, marriage issues, divorce, and love affairs have exceptionally enhanced the rage. So, in order to resolve such issues and avoid breakups, religious scholars should play

The Story behind Malir Court RO Plant
A case of an unearthing scam gone wrong.
Water is the essence of life; we all know that. To live a fit and healthy life, water intake is a must. Doctors recommend about 8 glasses of water per day. The hot weather of summer calls for an even higher density of water intake. That is why people take chilled water bottles with them everywhere they go. Shops have all kinds of water bottle sizes for convenience, and there are several coolers and RO Plants on roads, public and private places.
As we can see water is a basic necessity of life and for the sole purpose of getting advocates and people visiting the court to quench their thirst, Malir Court sought to install an RO plant in its premises in 2021. Since then, it’s been serving people.
But there came reports of the selling of RO Plant’s water in sealed bottles by unknown personnel unlawfully for profits. As if selling water bottles in Karachi wasn’t big enough.
In May 2023, District and Sessions Judge Sadaf Khokhar displayed a sign on the court’s premises that the selling of water from the aforementioned RO Plant is illegal and prohibited.
