Q Why did you pursue the Law profession. What is the motivation
behind it?

I have never thought of it, as I told you earlier that my father wants me to be a Bureaucrat or commissioned officer as my father remained a commissioned officer and dreamt about me the same, the joining of this profession was never planned, yet the friends motivated me for this so did it. it was all destiny I would rather say.

Q What is you story of narrowing down your scope to this Speciality?

Look, this profession has various practicing areas, and somehow or the other all the fields are interrelated with other so you cannot say that my specialty has narrow scope.

Q What was the most unusual case you have ever dealth with?

Honestly speaking, I have never faced any awkward position in any case in my career. If any such type of unusual case I ever face I will deal it with greater confidence and experience.

Q How do you define a Qualitative Lawyer?

If anyone wants to join this profession, He or she must have habit of reading books this will help you to read out the law books and case laws which are published on monthly basis on various point of law and facts, which provide ample opportunity to know or learn the wisdom behind any settled law. It will ultimately make a qualitative lawyer.

Q What amendment do you suggest in Law?

I would suggest that amendments may be made with respect of expeditious trial of the case. There must be a fix time limit or duration for the deciding every case, and most importantly the Government must appoint more Judges so that the burden of the Cases shall be divided and the cases must be decided on given point of time.

Q What is the best way to win a case?

The best way to win the case is to have legal research on point of law and the facts of case should be mesmerized by the lawyer in organized way.

Q How do you condemn the Advocates breaching the ethical standards set in Legla Practitioner Bar Council Act, 1973?

Any act beyond the limits of law is condemnable, if any advocate breaches the ethical standard set out in Legal Practitioner Bar act, that he or she must be dealt with accordance with the law.

Q What has been your contribution for the lawyers community as well Society/Public?

No any contribution yet. But I always make sure that sanctity and reputation of Law profession must not be damages in any manner whatsoever. Whereas, the tinny contribution to public is that those people who could not arrange the court expense I take their cases as free of cost on basis of humanitarian ground.

Q Name 3 or 4 of the most prominent area which you believe one should have command on, in legal profession?

I would suggest that fresh law graduate must take good command on Law related to his or her specialty, and have good drafting skills, do Legal Research and last but not the least, have good speaking skills to present the case of client in organized way before Honorable Court in the best way as he could.

Q What is the difference between sympathy, compassion, and empathy
in the profession?

These three words are interrelated which each other. Sympathy is emotion that involve the understanding of someone else emotion for your own perspective. Whereas, the empathy is awareness feeling, which involve of being curious to know about any individual interest and lives by paying full attention in a mettiong, after analysis both you being legal practitioner or advocate remain compassionate to help others by providing the best legal advice, and that is real spirit or essence of the advocacy or profession of law.

Q What message would you deliver for the presentation generation in
legal fraternity?

My message to the present generation in legal fraternity or for those who desirous to adopt the law as a profession. This is very challenging field, to trace it out one must have good command on law by reading books and case laws which are related to his or her specialty and generate speaking skills in organized way and I wish you all the best to new commers.
